At the age of 2 years old, your child will be placed into the ‘Toddler room’. The resources are within accessible reach to promote child-led learning opportunities and independent learning.

Resources are carefully identified to promote learning across the 7 key areas of learning identified in the EYFS. Children in this room should be able to play and explore in a safe environment where they are comfortable enough to ‘have a go’.

They can continue to develop their learning areas and develop the 3 characteristics of active learning. We are following elements of the Curiosity approach which means our resources are as natural as possible to stimulate imaginative play and creative thinking.
